Returns and Exchanges Policy

At She’s Unique, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. To make sure you fully understand our returns and exchanges process, please read our policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • All items are eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase (in-store purchases) or delivery date (shipped items).
  • For exchanges to be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and still in their original packaging.

Sending back Exchanges:

  1. Email us at support@shesunique.com with your invoice number and a reason for your exchange.
  2. Once we receive your email, we'll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Please ensure your return is shipped with an insured courier, and keep your receipt as we're not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
  4. You're responsible for the return shipping costs. If we provide a pre-paid shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange total.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange and send you a confirmation email with a store credit to be used at a later date.

Repairs

  • For repair inquiries, please email us at support@shesunique.com with a photo of your item and an explanation of the issue. We'll get back to you with the next steps for your specific case.

Gifts

  • Items received as gifts can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Contact us at support@shesunique.com with the necessary details to initiate a gift exchange.

Sale Items

  • Unfortunately, all sale and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.




Permanent Jewelry Warranty Guidelines

We’re so happy you’ve chosen to get linked with us! Your permanent jewelry is a special piece, custom-fit and welded with intention. While it’s designed to last, it's still fine jewelry — and like all delicate items, it requires a bit of care.

Please read our warranty and care guidelines below so you know what’s covered, and how we can support you if anything happens to your piece.

30-Day Complimentary Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase that includes:

  • One free re-weld if your chain comes off or breaks at the jump ring

  • One free sizing adjustment (if you feel your piece is too tight or loose)

  • Chain repair for minor issues caused by normal daily wear

  • Important: You must return with the original chain intact. We cannot offer a free replacement if the chain is lost.

After 30 Days – Repairs & Re-welds

We get it — life happens. If something occurs outside of the 30-day window, we’re still here to help:

  • Re-weld fee: $15

  • Sizing adjustment: $15

  • Repair (if possible): Starting at $15 (quoted in-store)

  • Lost chain: A new chain must be purchased at current prices

What Is Not Covered

While we stand behind the quality of our chains and welding, the following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Breakage due to pulling, snagging, or improper wear

  • Tangling, stretching, or misshaping of the chain

  • Damage from chemicals, lotions, hot tubs, or pools

  • Third-party alterations or attempted repairs

Helpful Tips for Long-Lasting Jewelry

  • Treat your chain like fine jewelry — avoid pulling, yanking, or excessive pressure

  • Be mindful when dressing, undressing, or doing physical activities

  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, self-tanners, or abrasives

  • If you need to remove your chain for a medical procedure or travel, cut at the jump ring — we can reattach it later!
